BioPharma Solutions serves a diverse array of pharmaceutical clients. Through our long history of partnering, we have built relationships with client companies of all sizes and geographies. We work with a majority of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies and currently provide sterile contract manufacturing services to over 60 different clients.
For us, a relentless focus on customer satisfaction is critical, and vital to the work we do. To accomplish this goal, we have established a robust customer satisfaction program across our facilities to help ensure a consistent, reliable experience for our partners. This means that we:
- Ask for client feedback regularly
- Provide client-focused performance scorecards and regular metrics reviews
- Share progress of our continuous improvements and best practices across facilities
- Provide a dedicated project team for each client
- Have experienced Project Managers leading our teams, many of whom are scientists, have technical backgrounds, or are certified PMP's (Project Management Professional)
- Offer dedicated client offices for client visits
- Have an employee-engagement program to connect all employees to our mutual higher purpose - the patient
- Hold client-led educational sessions for manufacturing operators to help them understand your product, indication and manufacturing needs
