Robert Felicelli, General Manager

With more than 30 years of life sciences experience, including commercial management, manufacturing, R&D and new product development, Robert has global responsibility for the BioPharma Solutions partnering business.

Robert has held senior positions with successful global healthcare leaders and since joining Baxter has contributed his expertise and leadership within the Renal and Medical Products businesses. He has worked with Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to support their commercialization objectives and continues to build on this expertise leading Baxter’s BioPharma Solutions business.

Robert received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, in Mechanical Engineering.

Shaun Newlon, Vice President, Manufacturing

Shaun has nearly 30 years of manufacturing experience, 25 of those years with Baxter. He is responsible for several plants engaged in sterile manufacturing located in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Europe.

Shaun has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University, and a master’s degree in Operations Management from The Ohio State University. In addition, Shaun serves on Baxter’s Corporate Sustainability Steering Committee, and the Baxter International Foundation Board of Directors.

Raul Soikes, Senior Director, Project Management

As Senior Director, Program Management, Raul is responsible for global project management in Baxter’s facility in Bloomington, Indiana. Raul holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Microbiology, both from San Jose State University. Prior to joining Baxter, Raul held positions of increasing responsibility with various pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Sven Remmerbach, PMP, Associate Director, Project Management

Sven Remmerbach is a certified Project Management Professional and currently serves as Associate Director of Project Management at Baxter's facility in Halle/Westfalen, Germany. He gained more than nine years of experience in GMP contract manufacturing of high-potent and oncology products.

Sven Remmerbach is a Pharmacist by training and received his Ph.D. in pharmaceutical technology at the Westfaelische-Wilhelms University in Muenster, Germany.
